Yes we can creating badge notification for pending topup (in detail menus) or badge notification for new order (in order menus).

For cases pending topup
Only if your apps having payment gateway with status payment is pending. This badge will not effected for automatic payment.
For cases new orders
Every new incoming orders, customer will notificated red badge in order menu at bottom navigation. When customer leaving progress order pages (or activity), they can still see the badge. It's Pretty Nice !
This addons badge notification cost is $150 (3 apps) or $65 (1 apps). It can be apply for old apps Ouride.
